It really does. Our playgroup of preschool aged multiples and their mommies totally rocks. First of all, it's made up of kind, inclusive, creative and funny moms and the kiddos they are raising. So, naturally, their kids are awesome, too.
Secondly, it has busted me far out of my comfort zone. There are many many things that we've participated in with our playgroup that I would not have the courage to do alone. We've gone places that I never knew existed and tried activities I feared my kids were not ready for (and they were). We've had a lot of 'firsts' with this crowd, too.
Some new 'firsts' have happened in the last two weeks. First game-room experience, first ride on a carousel horse and first green eggs and ham (in honor of Dr. Seuss' birthday).
We eagerly look forward to Monday's around here because you never know what awesomeness our playgroup will bring.
